Getting started with AI tools - where should beginners focus?

I'm completely new to the whole AI space and feeling overwhelmed with all the options. Is there a good starting point for someone who isn't technical at all but wants to use AI to help with content creation and marketing?

Don't forget about the AI tools built into tools you might already be using. Microsoft Office and Google Docs both have AI writing assistants now that are easy to use.
